The Story of Insightfully

Insightfully was created almost overnight in February 2020.
I was around a table discussing strategy with several businesses where one shared a story of the attempts they had made to address their inattention to social media.
Everyone nodded.
Each business knew the value of social media, but consistency, presence, time, knowledge, and content were all presenting roadblocks for them.
I drove home that day, pushed the food around my plate at dinner, had a restless sleep and the next morning got to work looking for something to solve the common issue these businesses faced.
I couldn’t find anything to stitch these issues together.
That evening I set to work.
I was already familiar with social media strategy and knew that permission-based marketing was becoming more important as saturation in news feeds grew.
That night Insightfully was conceived.
Insightfully uses social platforms to build engaging ultra-personal content matching an increased consumer desire for one-to-one communication.
I wanted to make this communication so engaging that customers would ask where my clients were if they stopped talking to them.
By combining a consistent approach to social media with messenger marketing, that’s what we got.
A little over a fortnight later, I shared this with those same businesses that helped me conceive this. It required some tweaks but in the following four weeks, each of those businesses saw conversion more than quadruple.
